What You Bring:
BSEE degree with 8 years of experience in Quality, Product, Test, or Applications Engineering
Expertise in AEC-Q100 product qualifications & 8D investigations
Strong problem-solving mindset with cross-functional collaboration skills
Passion for customer engagement & quality improvements
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 (plus equity, ESPP, 401K, medical benefits & more!)
Bonus: Experience in Failure Analysis, APQP, FMEA, IATF/VDA auditing, or Project Management is a plus!
