Job Description
We are looking for a Microsoft Intune Administrator to manage and deploy Intune functionality within our organization. This position will be onsite.
What You ll Do
- Intune Deployment and Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Intune for mobile devices and desktops
- Policy Creation and Enforcement: Develop and enforce MDM policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and security requirements
- Application Management: Manage the deployment and assignment of applications through Intune, including updates and troubleshooting
- Device Enrollment: Facilitate the enrollment of devices into Intune, ensuring proper configuration and compliance
- User Support: Provide technical support to end-users and IT staff regarding Intune-related issues and inquiries
- Security Monitoring: Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats using Intune and other security tools
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, application deployment, and policy enforcement
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to integrate Intune with existing systems and processes
