Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84104 Onsite

Responsibilities: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. This includes both remote and onsite support, as well as configuring services running on various platforms. You will also be responsible for providing hardware/software support and implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. Additionally, you will be troubleshooting at the L1 and L2 levels, resolving basic and intermediate level issues. As part of your role, you are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team, and make team decisions. You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Engineering is required. IT Infrastructure Operations and Agile Fundamentals, both with advanced proficiency, are recommended.

They will be expected to:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize system performance and enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to infrastructure engineering.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
