Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ServiceNow tables, Google Sheets, and data migration. This role involves mapping old records to new records in ServiceNow, maintaining and updating data, and ensuring accurate data scripting and migration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with ServiceNow tables and Google Sheets to manage and update data.
- Perform data scripting and migration tasks.
- Map old records in ServiceNow to new records.
- Manually maintain and update data in Google Sheets and ServiceNow.
- Test and upload data into ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Focus on specific areas such as CMDB, SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), and ITSM (IT Service Management).
