Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Engineer to join our team and contribute to building scalable highperformance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and a passion for designing and optimizing serverside logic and APIs.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop test and maintain backend systems using Java and related frameworks.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for application integration.
Collaborate with frontend developers product managers and other team members to deliver endtoend solutions.
Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability.
Write clean reusable and efficient code following industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the backend codebase.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proficiency in Java programming (27 years of experience depending on the level).
Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot or Hibernate.
Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and SQL.
Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
Understanding of software development principles like OOP and design patterns.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes or other containerization tools.
Understanding of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
