Role- Product Manager Cloud Security
Location Seatle or Atlanta (No Remote)
We're seeking an 8 yrs experienced Product Owner to help lead the Cloud Security Team. We need someone who has a Cloud Security experience mindset for distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs. Most important, we need a product manager who can help us build better products that people love to use.
Objectives of this role
- Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
- Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
Responsibilities
Design software and business processes, including process modeling and user story grooming, in industrial verticals including the heavy platforms Cloud foundry and Kubernetes.
Interpret business requirements and create capabilities in Jira Align, breaking them into features and functional / technical user stories in Jira.Refine the functional and technical user stories with the offshore and onshore Devops including the review of the test cases with SDETs and Manual testing team.Partner with multiple businesses enterprise-wide, MTS, and various stakeholders to define the current customer experience, identify areas of improvement, and use the inputs to create and drive product vision and Roadmap.Design and develop integration scripts and procedures using Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) tools and integrate with backend services.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Good understanding of cloud computing principles, including virtualization, containerization, microservices, and serverless computing; Risk Management, RHCOS security, container security, Kubernetes security, IAM security, network security, auditing, encryption, secrets management and data protection, securing CI / CDExperience with IAM Policy 'as code' ; OPA Open Policy Agent (Styra Enterprise version of OPA); Cedar Aws opensource policy agentAbility to be a technically strong individual with an IT Security background who has demonstrated skill in managing product teams; solid understanding of how IT Security enhances Digital Transformation and identifies new ways of helping bring new business solutions to market while remaining secureExperience with Public Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and GCPExperience with Container Technologies like EKS, AKS, OpenShift, Kubernetes on On-premisesFamiliar with automation tools and frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Crossplane)Familiar with coding and scripting languages (eg, Python, GO, Bash)Designing and building the Customer Journey for application or Kubernetes platform team using Grafana Dashboards;Converting high level business requirements into features / user stories using Agile tools, Jira, and Jira Align;Collaborating with business teams / customer teams to identify the pain points in the customer journey, and work on providing resolutions by creating and driving the vision and roadmap using RoadmunkVerifying and validating data in the Facility Pricing tool to assess customer risk, collateral, profitability, and fees through SQL Queries using Oracle SQL Developer tool.Experience and education requirements :
PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS : Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field, and 5 years of relevant work experience.
ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field, and 7 years of relevant work experience.
