Role : SAP SOM / CI Consultant with project management experience
Location : Mountain View, CA (100% Onsite from day 1)
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced SAP SOM (Sales Order Management) / CI (Convergent Invoicing) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP SOM and CI modules and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SOM / CI solutions for our clients. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions that align with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SOM (Sales Order Management) and SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) modules, including configuration and implementation.
- Proven experience in leading SAP projects from inception to delivery, particularly in the SOM / CI space.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash (OTC) processes, billing, invoicing, and revenue management within SAP.
- Solid project management skills, with experience managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate across multiple business units.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in complex business and technical environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP S / 4HANA, or at least familiarity with it, is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with other enterprise systems, including SD, MM, and FICO modules.
- SAP certification in SOM / CI or related modules is preferred.
- Experience in global SAP rollouts or multi-country implementations is a plus. Preferred Qualifications :
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in leading project teams through Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions or experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) or SAP Billing.
