Job Responsibilities
- Correct data mismatches using digital tools (Excel, SQL, AS400 iBMI Mainframe, Bell Sensing App Portal, Ecolab Web Admin Portal)
- Work with Pest Field team to identify and correct equipment setup issues
- Document support incidents in ticket tracking system (ServiceNow)

1. SQL Server Management Studio 20 Experience
Customer Service Skills
