Role: BMP/PDVT (Power Supply Test Engineer)
Work Location: San Jose, CA (100% Onsite)
Position Type: 12 Months Contract
Travel is required (50-75%)
Job Description
BMP and Power supply validation experience. Mandatory
PDVT
Knowledge on power electronics (e.g AC/DCDC/DC conversion, power conversion topologies)
Understanding of Board-mount/Front-end Power
Proficiency with various power analyzers (e.g oscilloscope, AC/DC power source, function generators, electronic loads, etc.)
Experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting skills in a lab environment
Experience in test planning, validation, finding failures and driving issues to resolution with cross functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to document test results/data into a concise test report in a complete manner
Experience with soldering components on pcb.
