Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone in a professional, courteous manner
- Promote and retain products and services by understanding customer needs
- Handle save and service order requests efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer issues with patience, tact, and empathy
- Provide clear information about fees, adjustments, and service options
- Follow guided call flows to enhance the customer experience
- Actively listen and offer tailored solutions based on individual needs
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong data entry skills and basic math competency
- Sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or retain customers when appropriate
- Comfortable using hardware and peripherals with moderate-to-advanced troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of call center or customer service experience
- Previous experience in a high-volume contact or retention center
- 1 year of contact center and 1 year of retention experience preferred
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
