Job Description :

- Must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, including ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information and write business requirements and process documentation
- Ability to speak and write English effectively to interact with groups of USA and Canada based customers, vendors and / or team members
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors and team members of all professional levels
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to tight schedules
- Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and functions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure; calculate gross margin and markup; and, compute ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs
- Proven analytical skills and use of data query tools
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Software required, as is the ability to quickly learn and use job specific computer applications including EDI specifications.
