Location : Redmond, WA (100% Onsite from day 1)

Certifications : Azure Developer Associate certification is preferred but not mandatory

Experience : 7.5-12 Years

Skill (Primary) : Microsoft Dynamics (APPS)-Microsoft Azure-Tools and Standards-Azure - DevOps / / C# Sr. Technical Lead with DevOps

Job Summary :

  • The Senior Technical Lead / Developer will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development, implementation, and maintenance of .net, azure DevOps, C# applications.
  • They will play a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the specified timelines and quality standards.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment
  • Implement best practices in coding standards, security, and scalability
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to meet business requirements
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in .net, azure DevOps, C# development
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards

Skill Requirements :

  • Proficiency in .net framework and C# programming language
  • Handson experience with azure DevOps for ci / cd pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft azure
  • Ability to lead and motivate technical teams towards project success
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development best practices.
