Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations issues ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive work environment This role requires strong interpersonal skills a deep understanding of employment laws and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances and provide recommendations for resolution
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and employment laws
Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues and best practices
Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to employee relations and workplace policies
Stay UpToDate with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure the companys policies are compliant
Oversee compliance function and ensure organization is aligned to federal and state regulation
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
1115 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Certification in HR eg SHRMCP PHR is a plus
