Job Title: Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to drive talent acquisition in the non-IT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified professionals. This role requires a strategic approach to hiring, with a focus on enhancing the employer value proposition and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment efforts for customer retention roles and other non-technical positions, ensuring alignment with hiring needs.
- Proactively understand and anticipate non-technical resource requirements.
- Source, screen, and evaluate resumes and job applications to identify top talent.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates and create shortlists.
- Develop and post job descriptions on social media, career websites, and job portals to attract potential candidates.
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Implement strategic recruitment processes to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice by highlighting workplace culture and employee value propositions.
- Leverage social media platforms and recruitment tools to enhance hiring efforts.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to address recruitment challenges effectively.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of non-technical job functions and hiring needs.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring regulations, and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
