Job Description
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronic Engineer or equivalent
- 6 years of hands-on experience in Electrical Control system design and Power distribution unit design and development.
- Understand Electrical control system System/Power & Control Distribution unit Design Specifications/requirements
- Power/Control architecture design by system and sub system level
- Review of System/Sub system level design, (Schematic/Layout) & Test plans
- Work with Engineers to debug/resolve/isolate issues
- Module level Design on End station, Selection of components, AC & DC Harness design.
- Familiar with Vacuum components, Servomotors, Capacitive & Inductive sensors, Fiber optic communication, Shielding of cables, Cable & wire selection.
- Having familiar SEMI Domain Knowledge
- Ability to drive System level /Sub system level design execution independently
- Should be able to technically guide the team on Power system design projects – overseeing Schematic design, Panel Layout Design, OEM components selection, cable harness design, Quality check of all drawing/documents
- Should be able to work with cross functional teams like Mechanical design, Application SW and Manufacturing teams.
- Should be able to factor Power Distribution Unit design requirements from a system level specification.
- Should be familiar with the complete component Product development life cycle.
- Familiar with varies standards like IEC, CE, NEC, NFPA & IPC-WHMA-620, SEMI & UL
- Familiar with SW Electrical & E-CAD Tools and PLM/PDM Tools
- Hands on Experience with PLC & HMI programming
