Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse DC Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Mark pallets with identifying store information.

· Use computer RF to enter records.

· Keep the work area neat, clean, and hazard-free.

· Operate a handheld radio frequency device (R.F. Unit).

· Ensure consistent and reliable attendance.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Prior warehouse experience or training is preferred but not required.

· 3-4 years of team lead or dock experience preferred.

· Dock experience from companies like UPS/FedEx highly preferred.

· Hands-on experience working with a team.

Language Skills:

· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

· Ability to write simple correspondence.

· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to management and other team members of the organization.

Mathematical Skills:

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability:

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.

· Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
