What are the responsibilities and job description for the Proctor position at AppTad Technologies Pvt Ltd?
The estimated hours per proctor for each event would range from 17 to 25 hours.
- Online Training: 1 hour, to be completed 7 days prior to the event
- Friday Training: Estimated at 8 hours
- Live Event Day: Saturday only or Saturday & Sunday, with an estimated 8 hours per day

- Legally allowed to work in the US
- Skills: Bright talent to enable assessments and testing assistance. Preferable candidates for proctoring and operational roles. Freshers and no experience are also acceptable.
- Test-Day Operations: Facilitate smooth operations including candidate check-in, test monitoring, and technical support.
- Test Room Management: Direct candidates, manage rooms, supervise adherence to protocols, and oversee room monitors.
- Issue Resolution: Manage communications, handle escalations, and promptly resolve any on-site issues.
- Reporting: Collect and secure test materials, submit reports on incidents, attendance, and overall performance.
- Proximity to Venues: Resources should be located within a 30-minute commute from the testing venues and should reach as early as 7:00 AM (timings would be confirmed )
- Background Checks: Background verification (BGV) and drug testing may be required.
- Tech Requirements: Staff should have smartphones and personal devices (laptops, Chromebooks) for on-site use.
- Training: All staff will receive the necessary training prior to the testing sessions.

Pay: $20.90 - $25.17 per hour
