Key Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical product or program management within an Enterprise software development environment, showcasing expertise in all aspects of Engineering Program Management.
- Strong background in eCommerce order life cycle, Revenue reconciliation, Financials, Accounting & Reporting, Direct & Indirect Taxation areas is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP and its integration with eCommerce platforms is essential.
- Proven track record in managing complex, high-impact projects from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire business cycle including customer purchases, procurement processes, and financial reporting.
- Experience in shipping large-scale paid subscription software or services used by millions worldwide is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various product and engineering teams for seamless alignment, planning, and delivery.
- Strong facilitation skills for gathering requirements, scoping, planning, and conducting review sessions across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously with a self-driven, motivated approach to deliver exceptional results.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
