Position – Survey Operations Manager (Administrative)

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily survey operations, including scheduling, production management, and quality control
- Coordinate teams, assign work, and ensure efficient workflow between field crews, drafting teams, and clients
- Manage production schedules to meet client delivery dates and company goals
- Process new and existing orders, prepare field packages, and ensure timely invoice distribution
- Maintain communication with field crews, drafting staff, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor and track job orders, providing updates on workload fluctuations
- Handle client inquiries, including quote requests and updates on past surveys
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office required; Sage experience is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Construction or land surveying knowledge is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
