We are seeking an execution-oriented Senior Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling successful product teams, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
\n- Develop and implement a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
- Collaborate with R&D team (Engineering, AI and QE) to ensure successful product delivery
- Work closely with GTM teams:
- Sales: Align product development with sales goals. Help enable sales teams on new products and features.
- Marketing: Coordinate product launches and messaging with marketing campaigns.
- Customer Success: Gathering feedback and insights from customers to improve product offerings.
- 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience as Founder/Head of Product at Series C/Series D startups
- Experience in building products in Finance and AI
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus
- Proven ability to drive innovation and bring new products to market
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
