- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5 years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
- Agile experience preferred.
- Strong analytic skills
- Experience in our core technical discipline of RF signal collection & analysis systems
- Extensive cross-disciplines experience, including hardware, software, system integration & test
- Effective written & oral communicator, including strong skills in development of Customer presentations
- Passionate about designing & building high-quality systems
- Ability to work in project teams of highly talented technologists
- Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
- Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions
- Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success
- Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
