Aftermarket Product Specialist

Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers’ demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security, and control.

We are looking for an Aftermarket Product Specialist to ensure that all aftermarket strategies and programs are in alignment with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Distribution.

Location: Fort Worth, TX / Indianapolis, IN / Basking Ridge, NJ – HYBRID

Position: Aftermarket Product Specialist

Pay: $44.36/hr. on W2

Duration: 12 months or longer

May require minimal weekend work (2-4 hours max)

Targeted Years of Experience: 0-3 years

Responsibilities:

• Planning/forecasting, pricing, sales program management and aftermarket product management.

• This position will ensure that all aftermarket strategies and programs are in alignment with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Distribution.

• Customer facing experience with track record handling a high volume of customer queries via tickets/ seller platforms.

• Able to navigate multiple different platforms in order to solve customer queries related to the order journey. Handle queries, most common queries are “Where is my stuff’, ‘Where is my refund’.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience using SAP, Order Manager tools and Excel.

• Confident working independently covering weekends and alternate shifts to team in Ireland. Hours will shift for the week to support the weekend.

• A solution-focused individual who can use their initiative when faced with complex or ambiguous challenges.

• Handling WFM tickets.

• Processing Special Orders.

• No educational requirements, relevant work experience is ok
