About the Role:
APR Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Database Marketing Manager Senior to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the player database and direct mail functions. This includes executing direct marketing programs, maintaining organized files of matrices, mail files, and corporate postal accounts. You will also coordinate campaign execution with multi-property marketing and creative agencies, review and approve VDP proofs as needed, run and distribute marketing reports, and pull customer lists.
Key responsibilities of the Database Marketing Manager Senior include campaign development, building, and populating matrices and forecasting exposure and reinvestment for all campaigns. You will also be responsible for direct mail and email materials, including message development, associated offers, and job sourcing of production. Additionally, you will execute all aspects of data-related activities, coordinate the production of direct mail collateral and player lists, and oversee all database marketing projects to ensure accuracy and integrity of all offers, customer lists, and segment results.
Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of casino database marketing experience and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
