An electric utilities client is looking for a Digital Imaging Specialist who will scan physical contracts and convert them to digital format, and verify clarity and accuracy of scanned files.
Location : Rosemead, CA 91770 – Onsite
Position : Digital Imaging Specialist
Pay Rate : $31.44 / hr.
Duration : 12 months or longer
Shift : 1st shift, M-F, 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm
Day-to-Day Responsibilities / Workload :
- Scan physical contracts and convert them to digital format.
- Verify clarity and accuracy of scanned files.
- Upload contracts to the EDMRM system, following naming conventions.
- Ensure data security and handle sensitive documents with discretion.
- Troubleshoot scanning and uploading issues.
