Location: Issaquah, WA 98029

Position: Materials Coordinator

Pay Rate: $32/hr

Duration: 8 weeks

Expected Shift: Monday-Friday 12-8:30 pm, 40 hours/week

Job Summary

• Job Responsibilities:
  
  

Utilizes a computerized MMIS (Materials Management Information System) and associated hardware / software, to conduct physical inventories, replenishment of supply areas (such as patient care and ancillary areas), receive incoming stock and non-stock freight and parcel shipments, and put away inventory items. Prepares and coordinates outgoing parcel and freight shipments. Responds to onsite clinician requests for supply replenishment on an ad hoc basis. Candidate will be required to answer main phone line and work to deliver product.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year Of inventory systems, receiving, warehousing and/or supply distribution using a computerized MMIS in a perpetual inventory system within the previous three years.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework/Training and Inventory and supply distribution management courses.
• Experience in a healthcare environment. Experience with material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jack, etc).
• Education Requirements: High School/GED
• Interview Process: In Person
• Dress Code: Comfortable shoes and comfortable clothing. Medical scrubs are provided onsite.
