Location: Mesquite, NV
Position: Promotions and Events Director (Direct Hire)
Salary: $65,000-$85,000 DOE

We are an off-strip property just outside the glitz and glamour of the strip that is an exciting destination for players, golfers, and everything entertainment. We have always been stable, but over the last year our bottom line has really grown and are looking to capitalize on our positive momentum by hiring our next great Manager of Casino Promotions and Events.
The Promotions and Events Director will be responsible for overseeing multiple casino properties in our gaming portfolio and have the ability to work varying hours as this type of job requires, while being a self-starter and a leader of a dynamic team.
Essential Requirements
- Lead for execution and visionary of all promotions and events created with Marketing leadership while collaborating with team for successful projects/results.
- Participate in creating marketing calendars, advertising efforts, managing budgets while using data to measure success of campaigns and events.
- This is a highly visible position so the ability to work with Directors, Managers, other staff and train marketing teams effectively.
- Responsible for proactive communication regarding upcoming promotions, events, etc.
- Leverage data to analyze success or lack thereof of all events and promotions for overall profitability and success.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
