An aerospace client is looking for a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst with Active Secret Clearance who will prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
Location: Clearfield, UT 84016 (On-site)
Position: Program Planning Scheduling Analyst
Pay Rate: $52.49/hr. - $69.98/hr. on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Schedule: 9/80 A
Shift: 1st shift 7:30am-5:30 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
- Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
- Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
- Uses Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
- Adheres to and guides the team through compliance with all Earned Value Reporting metrics such as DCMA and DECM metrics.
- Perform and/or assist in schedule performance analyses and visibility reporting; assist in the preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR.
- Facilitate and support program monthly rhythm process utilizing Microsoft Project and Project Server, SAP/S4, wInsight, Milestone Professional, Tableau/PowerBI, and MS Excel/PowerPoint
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in Program Planning or a Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
- Active Secret Clearance is required to start.
- Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret Clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Able to work on site in Clearfield, UT daily
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Aerospace/Defense Industry experience
- Excel Macro/VBA Skills
- Experience in Deltek Cobra
- Experience in Deltek Acumen Risk
