We are looking for a Wireless Telecom Project Manager who will be responsible for managing programs and projects end to end under the Home Broadband (FWA & Fios) portfolio.
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ / Alpharetta, GA - HYBRID
Position: Wireless Telecom Project Manager
Pay: $67.56/hr. on W2
Duration: 29 months or longer
In Office Schedule: Tues/Wed in Basking Ridge or Wed/Thurs in Alpharetta (Additional days as required to meet with key stakeholders)

What you’ll be doing...
As a member of the VCG PMO, you will be responsible for managing programs and projects end to end under the Home Broadband (FWA & Fios) portfolio. We launch consumer product services covering Fios and FWA Home Broadband. This includes hardware (routers, extenders, 5G home devices), services and customer experience enhancement and improvement initiatives.
You will be required to manage programs/projects from initiation through delivery following established practices and policies of the PMO. You will track and report on the status of all projects and provide truth in reporting all statuses and updates. You will be responsible for executive reporting, and status for all assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
• Strong foundational project management skill set who can work on multiple programs and projects using project management practices and processes.
• Aligning key stakeholders, determining project schedules, and identifying risk mitigation strategies.
• Holding teams accountable for deliverables that will impact your ability to launch projects successfully.
• Ability to adjust to different technologies, vendors, and internal delivery stakeholders as you work with your cross-functional teams and lead the teams in delivering your projects.
• Performing the necessary analysis and providing recommendations on a course of action using the strategic thinking processes.
• Provide operational readiness, maximize time and efficiency by integrating cohesion and alignment while inspiring and engaging, presentation creation, and implement governance in complex programs and projects.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience developing end-to-end project plans and utilizing project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestones and keep them on track.
• Ability to balancing resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and potential risk factors that may impact project success.
• Ability to develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate impact to project schedules and overall business objectives.
• Ability to creating presentations and delivering Executive updates on project status.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• Experience with Fios and FWA products and services
• Experience with Artificial intelligence and big data implementations
• Experience in project management software like Microsoft Office, or Smartsheets
• Able to Influence stakeholders to align on program objectives and goals and not just functional area responsibilities.
• Conducting risk analysis on program areas to assess program health and progress towards goals and objectives.
• Experience partnering with multi-disciplinary teams and directing the work of others in a matrixed environment
• Build relationships with business partners and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time
• Excellent communication and advanced presentation skills including demonstrated experience with executive-level customer presentations.
• Ability to facilitate collaborative resolution of differences with a “win-win” approach.
• Drives results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures.
• Driving new development initiatives from inception through launch including managing the product development launch process with TPD, GNT, and others.
• Drive resolutions and project delivery through partnership with the business and key stakeholders finding creative ways to problem solve.
