We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques, with a focus on conversion optimization and performance marketing. This role involves developing and executing online marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales for our e-commerce platform. What You Will Do:

• Update and maintain the company website to ensure fresh, engaging, and accurate content.
• Optimize website performance, usability, and SEO to improve traffic and engagement.

• Design, build, and maintain digital marketing assets including email templates, forms, landing pages, and banners.
• Collaborate with AI tools to create compelling visual assets.

• Oversee blog management and implementation, utilizing content created by industry experts.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals.

• Strategize, implement, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Utilize data and insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.

• Oversee the companys social media presence, including posting, engagement, and analytics.
• Drive growth through organic and paid social strategies.

• Develop and optimize marketing workflows using HubSpot to improve lead generation and customer retention.
• Manage and analyze data to improve automated campaigns and lead nurturing.

• Leverage basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python) for advanced customization of digital assets and workflows (preferred).

What You Need:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content management, and campaign development.
• Proficiency with marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred), CMS (e.g., WordPress), and social media tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python) is a strong plus.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and metrics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
