- Previous document review/processing a plus
- Must have moderate Excel experience/knowledge (spreadsheets)
- PHI integrity - lots of documents being sent back and forth
- Organization - will be doing different projects and different rules apply for different projects
As our Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Manages a set caseload from start to finish, including prioritization, client communication, document management, and issues management in order to meet expected timelines
- Conducts case management consistent with the terms of the Statement of Work or supporting documentation and as specified within the process guidelines/protocols.
- Understands technical capabilities of current systems
- Conducts accurate data entry
- Coordinates record retrieval between client law firms and retrieval vendors
- Provide accurate claimant information to vendors
- Properly generate and submit required medical record authorization forms
- Generates and processes Plaintiff Fact Sheets
- Provide quality control for incoming records to ensure all necessary records are received
- Initiate workflows to alert clients of required actions and fulfillment action requests
- Daily follow-up with client law firms, retrieval vendors and claimants to ensure timely completion of required documents
- Works as a team member to meet critical weekly and monthly production deadlines.
- Ensures Personal Health Information (PHI) is secure at all times
- Regularly participates in meetings and is dependable as an internal/external resource on assigned projects
- Generates and processes Plaintiff Fact Sheets
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in relevant field or one to two years equivalent work experience
- Prior work experience in customer service, call center, medical, legal, or insurance claims office
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as an effective team member
- Must be able to guide oneself with little supervision
- Able to adapt to constantly changing environment
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
