Provide a full-time Network Coordinator to :
- Assist with special assignments by director of IT related to IT goals within the department
- Coordinate with external business partners to include :
Delivery scheduling
Resource scheduling
On-site supervision
Schedule
Scope
Budget
All projects close out documentation (as-builts) for use by Operations
Data centers
Resource Centers
Help plan
WLAN expansion
Infrastructure deployments and refreshes
Work with client team to pull info from SolarWinds and then with partners to ensure renewals are accurate and prudent
Help with scoping new project requests
Help develop BOM and line up partners
Scheduling for internal and external resources
Help with receiving orders to ensure they are accurate
Assess current inventory
Coordinate with partners for disposal of equipment
