What You’ll Do :
- Strategize & Grow : Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals to drive growth and profitability in the Heating category.
- Collaborate & Negotiate : Work with vendors and internal teams to source, negotiate, and manage heating product lines, including private-label initiatives.
- Market Research & Analysis : Identify market trends, best costs, and pricing strategies to ensure category competitiveness and profitability.
- Data Excellence : Maintain and enhance Product Information Management (PIM) data to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance across platforms.
- Support & Train : Empower sales teams and customers with deep product knowledge, pricing strategies, and technical support.
- Drive eCommerce Success : Collaborate with the eCommerce team to enhance the online presence of heating products, optimizing for search, selection, and promotions.
- Innovate with Private Labels : Lead the development, launch, and growth of private-label heating products, ensuring they meet market needs and customer expectations.
What We’re Looking For :
We’re seeking a candidate with extensive experience in the heating or HVAC industry and a deep understanding of heating products, trends, and market dynamics . You’ll be the go-to subject matter expert, leveraging your knowledge to drive product success, enhance customer satisfaction, and support our internal teams.
This role requires prior experience in the industry to ensure immediate contributions to vendor negotiations, category expansion, and private-label initiatives.
