Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sales operations and data-driven decision-making? APR Supply is looking for a Sales Operations Leader to enhance efficiency, optimize CRM systems, and provide critical insights to our sales and marketing teams.

What You'll Do :

Oversee CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and performance
Deliver actionable insights to regional branch leaders and sales teams
Streamline sales operations to improve efficiency and productivity
Monitor customer trends, pursuits, and first-time sales
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Provide ongoing training to enhance user adoption of sales tools

Key Deliverables :

Analytic & Insights Reports – Revenue trends, sales performance, and CRM insights

Customer Health & Trend Analysis – Identify downtrends and opportunities

Pursuit Tracking – Follow up on untouched pursuits and lost opportunities

Marketing Collaboration – Support campaigns with data-driven strategies

Salesforce Training & Adoption – Equip teams with the tools they need to succeed

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in sales operations, sales leadership, or business analytics

Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data management

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across departments

Experience in process improvement and efficiency optimization

Ability to train and support sales teams in leveraging technology for growth

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools
