APR Supply Co. is seeking an experienced Technical Service Advisor (TSA) to join our team. This position combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer support to help our clients succeed in the HVAC and plumbing industries. As part of this role, you will have the flexibility to work remotely 50% of the time, while the other 50% will involve traveling to job sites and customer locations within the Greater Philadelphia Area, serving Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey.
What You’ll Do
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support through calls, emails, and video assistance.
- Document all support activities in the Lead Smart ticketing system.
- Assist customers with system design, equipment matchups, and warranty approvals.
- Deliver manufacturer training, custom sessions, and general industry education.
- Conduct job site visits for troubleshooting, startups, and commissioning.
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual meetings and monthly in-person training sessions.
