Family Service Coordinator Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Early Childhood Education / Development, Family Studies, or a similar field.
- Detail oriented and provides great customer service and follow through.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively organize and communicate information to target audiences.
Family Service Coordinator Responsibilities & Duties
- Caseload Management to ensure clients are receiving the appropriate services through the Early Intervention Program and manages the paperwork, meetings, and service plan.
- Meet documentation requirements.
- Provides face-to-face meetings regarding services with both families and staff and communicates with all involved.
- Work in a changing environment gathering relevant information to integrate, change or modify individualized treatment plan.
- Use decision making skills that objectively and fairly evaluate situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,019.20 per year
