About the Position
The Home Healthcare Delivery Expert is responsible for delivering medical equipment to patients in their homes, ensuring that they receive the support and services they need to manage their healthcare effectively. This involves loading and unloading medical equipment onto and off of delivery vehicles, delivering equipment to patients, setting up equipment, instructing patients on its use, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
You will work closely with our patient service team to provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients. This includes communicating estimated arrival times with patients and/or family members to ensure they do not suffer service failures.
