About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Equipment Delivery Specialist to join our team at Apria. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in delivering medical equipment to patients in their homes.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that patients receive the medical equipment they need in a timely and efficient manner. This includes loading and unloading medical equipment onto and off of delivery vehicles, delivering equipment to patients, setting up equipment, instructing patients on its use, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
As a Medical Equipment Delivery Specialist, you will work closely with our patient service team to provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients. You will also be responsible for completing daily delivery logs, pick-up and delivery forms, reimbursement documents, and vehicle maintenance logs.
