Randall Rd, ALGONQUIN, IL is seeking top talent to fill the critical role of Assistant Boutique Manager to help drive our success. We are currently looking for an experienced retail leader with a proven track record in the retail and/or boutique environment and who has a passion for fashion, client relations, store operations. Ideal candidate would have the desire to provide and model best in class service to our current and prospective customers.

Reporting to the Owner, this role will:

• Open and/or close the store as scheduled.
• Assist in Social Media supervision and Marketing to promote store.
• Understand fashion and feel confident when communicating products knowledge with customers.
• Know and understand POS System (LightSpeed) for greater accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform daily tasks such as: stock and store organization, entry of goods into the ATS, visual merchandiser.
• Assist the owner with problem resolution, onboarding, and retention.
• Understand market conditions impacting boutique operations and performance.
• Identify key opportunities for boutique owners to drive participation and engagement in Franchise programs.
• Remain flexible and adapt to change.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Other duties as defined.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
