Description
The general manager administration clerk provides support to the General Manager by helping with everyday tasks such as down-time reporting for both Tireman and Miller Rd locations. GM admin also inventories all office and plant supplies and ensure that if they are needed, it will be ordered in a timely manner. GM admin also ensures that all charts and production stats are accessible upon reguest.
Requirements
Recording downtime in the MIS system in a timely manner
Recording E-Maint x4 into the system in a timely manner
Organize and maintain all unio/no-union training files
Communicate effectively with management to understand the problems
for the day and try and get them achieved
Making copies, filing and providing support for management
Monitor manufacturing and reporting consisting of: Production, safety, and plant scheduling
Handle all work instructions and training: put in a binder for safe-keeping
Doing charts for upper management in a timely manner
Ordering office supplies as well as plant supplies such as sticky tags and labels
Ordering and issuing uniforms for union employeee
