Aprilaire is seeking a collaborative and customer focused 3rd Shift, Temporary, Assembler to join our team in Poynette, WI . There will be times where additional needs outside core business hours will be required.

Responsibilities :
Pay : $14.17 per hour AND incentive rate PLUS shift premium
Available Shifts :
3rd Shift : Sunday - Thursday 11 PM - 7 AM
Qualifications :
- Ability to operate equipment, troubleshoot, and problem solve
- Reading and understanding instructions and assembling products or their parts
- Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids, and must be able to perform simple math
- Must have a good command for the English language and be able to communicate, both written and verbal
- Dedication to quality and safety
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach
- Positive attitude and leadership skills
- Knowledge of lean principles desired, but not required
- Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools.
- Ability to perform simple math.
- Safety conscious with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
