POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects within our Technical Services team. This is a critical role, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by collaborating with our technical principals, developers, and other resources. As the first hire for this newly created role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers and technical teams, driving project success and customer satisfaction.
This role is fully remote and requires night shift availability to align with US business hours (9:00 pm to 6:00 am Philippine Standard Time PST from March to November, and 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Philippine Standard Time PST from November to March).
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Proactively provide project updates to customer teams, including Executive Sponsors, ensuring transparent communication and timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technical teams for project strategy, prioritization, and execution.
- Facilitate customer meetings, project kickoffs, and post-mortems, ensuring teams are prepared and accountable.
- Project Management & Leadership:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex customer projects, managing scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
- Drive organizational change management through structured project execution, defined roadmaps, and process improvements.
- Monitor and mitigate risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure project goals are met.
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement tools and processes to optimize project delivery efficiency and scalability.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring visibility into project health.
- Break down projects into actionable components, manage dependencies, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner closely with internal teams, peers, and stakeholders to align on strategic goals and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Provide clear, tailored communication for technical and non-technical audiences, from project teams to executive leadership.
- Document and present project deliverables at appropriate forums.
- Coaching & Improvement:
- Mentor teams on project management best practices, driving continuous improvement.
- Create and refine processes to enhance reliability, automation, and scalability.
- Apply experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments, influencing and managing stakeholder expectations across a global team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing technical, customer-facing projects in a dynamic, cloud/SaaS environment.
- Proven success managing multiple complex projects, with a strong track record of delivering customer value

- Have hands-on development experience coupled with the ability to lead solution design and client interactions.

- Must be an expert at developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients; impeccable communication skills and ability to understand clients’ needs is imperative
- Permanent night shift availability to align with US business hours.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, TFS).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
