The Manager, Government Contracting oversees client projects aimed at aiding federal contractors in various aspects such as compliance, financial analysis, regulatory research, and audit support. Additionally, this role entails serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding basic inquiries and information and may also entail participation in activities like gap assessments, compliance reviews, and litigation support engagements.
Position responsibilities :
- Leverage your diverse experience with various government contractors to provide consultative advisory services across the government contracting life cycle.
- Our team provides a variety of services including : Indirect Cost Rate Structures and Strategies, including Home / Corporate Offices, Annual Provisional Budgeted Indirect Rate Submissions, Forward Pricing Rate Submissions, Incurred Cost Submissions, CASB Form DS-1, General Dollar Magnitude and Cost Impact Analysis, Contract close-out billing, reconciliation, and documentation, Development of adequate business systems under the DFARS requirements (Accounting, Purchasing, and Estimating), Proposal support related to Cost Volumes, General Company Finance and Accounting Policy and Procedure development.
- Advise clients on FAR / CAS / DCAA support, full cycle incurred cost submissions, budget review / analysis, contract review and regulatory compliance.
- Ensures deliverables are prepared within the time, scope, and fee range.
- Organize and prepare thought leadership including blogs, podcasts, whitepapers, presentations, etc.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills, motivating others to meet / exceed goals and deliverables.
- Performs Peer reviews of other team members work products.
Qualifications :
115,000 - $150,000 a year
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
