What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Software Engineer, Full Stack position at Apropos?
As a Sr. Software Engineer, Full Stack, you will have considerable autonomy and influence on Apropos’s strategy and execution. You will develop a web application for customers to interface with Apropos’s services. You will work on data pipelines, ML models, and custom statistical models to compose a holistic solution to the persistent challenges facing B2B software companies. You will research effective heuristics. You will design visualizations that make it simple for customers to decide how to spend their time and money. You will collaborate with Apropos’s team of experienced operators, engineers, product designers, and consultants.
Apropos is early in its trajectory. This role offers a significant equity stake in the Company and the opportunity to take a leading role in Apropos’s product development. Strong candidates will be hard-working, conscientious, and eager to take on this challenge.
Qualifications
- 3 years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Web programming, including reactive front-end frameworks
- Database design and operations
- Deployment and operation of cloud services
- Some experience in ML, statistics, applied math, or data visualization is a plus
- Confidence with Python, JavaScript, Go, and deployment / ops of cloud services
