We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on communicator with a passion for writing to lead and execute our internal and corporate communications strategy. As the Employee and Corporate Communications Manager, you’ll own internal messaging, executive branding, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that our teams are informed, aligned, and inspired.

This player-coach role is perfect for someone who loves both big-picture strategy and execution—from shaping narratives at the leadership level to fine-tuning the details of an internal newsletter. You’ll partner closely with multiple functions including Product, Marketing, People & Culture, and the Executive Leadership Team to build a strong, transparent, and engaging communication culture.

This is a rare opportunity to own and shape a function from the ground up, working closely with leadership to build a strong, connected, and engaged workforce. If you thrive on crafting compelling narratives, love both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, and want to make a lasting impact on company culture, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute all internal communications—including company-wide updates, town halls, internal newsletters, and messaging from leadership.
  • Develop and maintain an internal editorial calendar to ensure clear, consistent messaging across teams.
  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to shape and amplify executive voices through strategic thought leadership and employer branding initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional communications for key business areas like Marketing, People & Culture, and corporate initiatives.
  • Craft engaging, clear, and casual communications that connect with employees—ensuring the right tone for every audience.
  • Advise on crisis and change communications, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Own and amplify our company rally cry, ensuring it is consistently reinforced through internal communications, executive messaging, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Leverage PR and storytelling expertise to enhance corporate messaging and brand positioning (PR experience is an asset).

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, PR, or related fields.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling, conversational messages.
  • A strategic mindset, with a passion for execution and attention to the smallest details.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels—especially with senior leaders.
  • Experience managing town halls, newsletters, and executive communications.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with teams across the organization.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • A comprehensive extended benefits package including health, dental and vision for you and your family, with company paid offerings.
  • 401K savings program with company match.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) is offered to support the ability to rest and recharge
  • A great team environment and resources, supporting you to do the best work of your life and providing unlimited career growth potential.
  • Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Annual recurring WFH allowance for you to purchase items you need for your home office.
  • Ongoing support for learning development so you can master your craft.
  • Work with the hardware you're most comfortable with (Windows or Mac).
  • Diverse and inclusive workplace where we all learn from each other.
