Join our team as the Manager of IT Fusion Program - Integrations, where you'll lead a diverse team in crafting and executing integration solutions for a large-scale ERP transformation program while ensuring compliance with enterprise technology and security standards.
What your day would be like :
You are responsible for :
- Integration Leadership : Oversee the requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations between core ERP systems and other critical business applications.
- Enterprise Integration Platform Deployment : Lead the execution plan to design, build, and implement a new enterprise integration platform, ensuring scalability, adaptability, and alignment with long-term organizational goals.
- Strategic Collaboration : Partner with the Enterprise Integration team to establish and follow integration standards, patterns, and frameworks. Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver a robust integration architecture.
- Risk Mitigation & Governance : Manage risks, issues, and resource optimization while providing regular reporting on project status, scope, and adherence to governance structures.
- Future-Ready Systems : Plan for integration platform scalability to meet evolving business needs and ensure integration solutions align with the organization's strategic vision.
