Receptionist
Come join our team! We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys assisting people. This position is the first line of customer service for our callers and visitors. The Receptionist answers and transfers calls, assists clients, visitors and employees in a courteous and professional way. This person also performs other administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Handles a multiple-line phone system and other office equipment
· Answers incoming calls, determines the purpose and transfers to the appropriate person/department
· Greets incoming visitors
· Receives and processes/logs of daily packages from parcel services
· Receives incoming faxes and distributes them to the correct recipient
· Performs other front desk functions
Qualification Requirements
· Experience as a receptionist, customer service or clerical knowledge
· Positive upbeat attitude
· Excellent communications, interpersonal and organizational skills
· Dependable and arrives to work on time
· Good computer skills
