AOV Level II Technician
We are seeking skilled AOV Level II Technicians for multiple projects and outages in industrial, power plant, and shop settings. As an AOV Level II Technician, you will be responsible for calibrating instrumentation, installing and maintaining control systems, performing inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting complex mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instrumentation Calibration: Calibrate and maintain instrumentation and control systems to ensure optimal performance.
- DVC and Control Valve Maintenance: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot DVCs, Fisher control valves, and actuators to minimize downtime and optimize system efficiency.
- Actuator and Valve Repair: Perform inspections, repairs, and rebuilds of actuators and valves to extend their lifespan and improve overall system reliability.
- Mechanical System Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues and optimize system performance to meet the needs of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Must have experience with Fisher control valves, actuators, and DVC installations, as well as familiarity with diagnostic tools and valve testing software.
- Skill Set: Ability to perform precision measurements and system troubleshooting, proficiency in calibrating instrumentation and control systems, and a strong understanding of mechanical systems and control processes.
