Salary Range: $68,640-$72,000
Summary/Objective
Supervise and coordinate all department activities, including customer relations, scheduling, employee relations budgeting, staffing, safety, and daily/monthly/yearly production goals. Comply with ISO standards.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of processing and understanding of operations within the facility.
- Conflict resolution in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Comply with ISO, OSHA, and local safety standards
- Provide and document training to personnel
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Assist the production supervisor in achieving and setting daily goals
- Attended and facilitate productivity meetings
- Provide customer-oriented service
- Monitor multiple KPI’s though out the day to ensure goals are met

Requirements
- Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
- Must be able to obtain TWIC badge (Transportation Working Identification Credential).
Work Environment
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office, production setting, outdoor/indoor shop environment or enclosed vehicle with adequate ventilation and protection from extreme weather conditions, and outdoors exposed to changing and/or extreme weather conditions (for instance, rain, sun, snow, wind, humidity, etc.).
Physical Demands
Light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative or production/technical nature. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift. This position often requires overtime.
Travel
This position does not have travel requirements.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent to 4 years’ experience) preferred.
