Customer interfacing includes requests for quotations, lead times, order placement, expediting, or changes, the building of quotations, writing orders and communicating pertinent information proactively back to customers. Responsibilities:
- Outbound and inbound account management.
- Participate fully in new product introduction activates including Customer and APT Operations, Engineering & Quality reviews.
- Participate in negotiations of price and delivery to customer, with input from GM.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
- Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process.
- Participate fully in product training sessions, meetings, skills training and professional development classes.
- Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
- Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms.

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent education and work experience.
- Minimum (7) seven years experience in Inside Sales/Customer Service/ Program Management in the printed circuit board manufacturing industry.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
