What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Associate position at APT Foundation?
Patient Care Associate (PCA) – Residential (Women's Unit): Full time 37.5 hours per week benefits. Schedule determined by program needs. Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director, Women's Unit and Residential Coordinator , this is a front line position maintaining appropriate patient traffic flow within the residential setting, including but not limited to: greeting and checking in all patients, providing appropriate diagnostic tests as required by staff, and entering data into APT’s patient clinical record.
Professional Requirements: Associate’s Degree or 2 years post-secondary education; or equivalent combination of training and education. Experience in a mental health/ substance abuse facility preferred. MUST have valid CT Driver’s License.
